Excellent place, and highly recommend this place, lots of options, some beautiful daily specialties, and 2 for 1 drinks is a really nice bonus. I had the tuna melt.. it was delish! Try this place!

Excellent fresh baked hot bread with seasoned butter! Our waitress, Catie, is a jewel! She got our orders absolutely perfect, a cheerful sweet demon and absolutely nice! I loved how to take care of us. She was super friendly and great at her job. I hope to come back soon! The food was naturally phenomenal.

I used to be a great favorite, but it fell for a few years with food quality. Very happy to say that it seems they are back to their good days. Great food, good offers, excellent staff (blonde waitress with the nasal ring was one of the best waitresses I had for a long time everywhere), beautiful atmosphere. Even though it is quite busy, what is often, eating is relatively fast, the service is good. You often have happy hour specials on drinks and appetizers as you buy a get a free one. Her fried Kalamari is one of my favs. Good choice for a variety of occasions and diners, including only for drinks.

To put in bluntly...Carmella 's is a great place to eat!! Excellent food, great service, with an extensive menu, best describes this eatery in Utica, NY, that 's been around a long time!! Longtime General Manager Mr. Dino LaBarbera constantly finds the best people to work at Carmella 's! I enjoy Sunday morning breakfast at Carmella 's, as well as great food anytime in the day or evening! Today, I had Margie for my Sunday morning breakfast!! She was very friendly, quick, accurate, with a smile! If I was a teacher, I 'd give her an A+. Then again, all of the servers at Carmella 's are excellent! Remember folks...
