I have been to many five star hotel, but this is my best experience so far. there is no doubt to their hospitality. the room are absolutely comfortable and clean. the bed was very relax and comfortable. It's in the center of city. House keeping staff was very good.

The location was very good. It's in the centre of city. The hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean, toiletries were provided and everything was nice. Breakfast buffet could have been better, desert section was nice. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very helping. Specially Mr. Azaruddin(House Keeping).

I can’t believe they claim to be a 5 star property when they are worse than a local 3 star hotel. Continue reading below…… 1. Dirty, I mean really dirty carpets. Many have posted reviews 5-6 months back about the same thing and the management responded that it will be looked after. Not yet of course. 2. Rooms are small and stingy and King size bed was less than a queen size. 3. Toilet water looked murky and dirty. No matter how many times you flushed, it was dirty to look at. 4. The air con works on and off. At times you will feel cold then extremely hot. What a nightmare!! 5. There’s a disc/pub at the facility gf. I was on second floor and could hear loud music until 4 AM. Great sleep quality. 6. You get charged for a bucket of ice too. 7. Staff lacks courtesy, I mean even the basics. You ring kitchen and they talk to you like they are doing you a favour or why did we bother them. 8. The shower taps had not marking of hot/cold and they were so old and one of them was free. So each time I had a shower, I literally struggled to get the right temperature and flow. 9. The breakfast was given as a takeaway to me since I had to leave early morning. 10. The location is central. Clearly, I wouldn’t be booking this hotel ever again given the challenges.

Really!! is this hotel a 5 star hotel ? More like 1 star i would say. I stayed here during my visit to Delhi. Property The moment i entered the property I was disappointed. The furniture in the reception is so old and used up that you will not feel like sitting on it. Its dirty !! All the rugs on the way to the room are dirty and during my visit the lift was not working. The rooms are so shabby and dirty. The towels, the bed sheet cover seems like they have been used for a decade. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the entire room had the feel of being so old and used up and not renovated for a long long time . Staff the lady at the reception was whispering to the other staff member to give me the smokers room even though I am not a smoker. She was telling him to spray the room so that I would not come to know that it's a smokers room . Such cheats !!! Also their service is so slow if you ask them to get a glass of water, u have to wait for 25 minutes to get it . Food I had breakfast there and it's below average. Everything tasted below average. Horrible food ! I gave one star only for the location of the hotel. Such a bad stay !!

Food tasted good. I tried the north indian dishes. Service ambience were average
