Bill's Sandwich Shop - New Castle

I never write reviews like this but this young man deserves this shout out. I recently discovered Bill's and from the moment I arrived, it was clear that his young man had a commanding presence in the restaurant. Controlling his team. Controlling the orders. He definitely has some years under his belt but looks so young. Throughout eating our meal, which he brought to us directly, he displayed clear leadership skills and their was a minor issue with the order that someone else received but he corrected it and handled it perfectly! Good customer service if hard to come by but the gentleman in the white hat is a perfect example of it. I have no doubt that his efforts significantly enhance the restaurants reputation. Id hire him if I had a restaurant for sure. Kudos to the young man in the white hat and the entire team at Bill's Sandwich Shop. We look forward to returning soon!

Order Suoer Italian...stuffed, fresh bread, very good. Also ordered Super Gyro, very little meat which was not warm, very little dressing, too many fries and bread was hard...not fresh...live and learn

One of the best Gyros i have ever had, and the fries were nice too. But the Gyro had a nice crispy shell and was full of meat!!I will be back, great job!!!

My employees and I order from Bill’s several times a week. The food is always made quickly, and it’s always consistently good. The employees are always very polite and professional.My wife is also super, super picky about beef (she’s a cowgirl) and she loves the beef at Bill’s. Take that for whatever you want.
