Kbg Korean Bbq Grill - New Brunswick

Tried this place because of the good reviews and I'm extremely underwhelmed. This is how my Soondobu soup arrived with the container cracked in. Since there were plastic pieces inside the soup I had to trash it without even eating it. The bowl I ordered also had the wrong rice (ordered Kimchi fried rice but got brown rice). Tried it with the wrong rice and it is extremely watery. The only part of the order that was correct was the fried chicken which did not have much of the garlic soy. It was just a fried drumstick with no sauce. Really disappointed with this order.

Soy garlic wings are pure sugar syrup not a taste of soy or garlic, crispy wing, but taste lacks. truffles hardly smell nor taste the truffle oil

So I visited this restaurant recently. first time I'm trying korean bbq. I wasn't sure what to get, so I decided to just keep it with some chicken wings. they were good. the place was clean. the service was decent. I would like to try again and be a bit more adventurous with the various means of life. my only criticism would be that the personal hair nets should wear and use them gloves when they prepare the food that is at the front behind the glass.

It's like chipotle of Korean food I think. Food is tasty, portions are generous and prices are good.

Great fulfilling bowls. Staff is very nice. The kbg bowl and the kato style is the best by far.
