Restaurant bewertenIt was okay. have ordered from them twice before this. food qualtity was good but portion size wasnt the great. the sandwich was more like a quarter sized and the soup was mostly broth. otherwise I enjoyed it I would give it another shot though
Pretty disappointed we ordered a cup and a bowl of noodle soup this is all that it had paid in us over $15 for chicken broth. I drove thru, so obviously I didn't open our soup until I got home. (It was soup for my sick family, I suggest making it easy if you have left any energy in you. I will not be sent by email in my reception... I DID NOT KEEP IT -_
I feel it 's a waste of time looking at all the negative reviews but, here goes. I love panera. It 's the one treat I allow myself once in awhile. Usually the only issue is missing chips. I let it go because that 's not what I go for. Window staff is amazing. It 's clean, and when made correctly...the food is delish. I always get the roast turkey Avocado BLT. ALWAYS. Sometimes they can be stingy on the Avocado but rarely. Tonight... was a joke. The AVOCADO was just traces of it on the wrapper...smears basically. There was NO Avocado. It 's IN the name of the sandwich for Pete 's sake.... people. Get it right!
Placed a curbside order for a cookie and a fountain drink at 8:20pm, arrived 10 min later and waited 45 minutes after closing for anyone to bring my order out. multiple employees walked out and saw me waiting with my headlights on and just walked right past me. this on top of countless other times i've waited 30+ minutes on curbside and ended up having to walk in and get it myself from a kid sitting on their phone behind the counter. i hate this panera!! if you have the time drive to san marcos.
Avoid this location at all cost, force it to be closed!! given the quality of food preparation, the constant filthy state of the cafe and the horrible service for online/app based pick up and delivery service, this Panera has no valid reason to remain in business. When you do call for help because they made a mistake on your order (which in my experience has been every order) they are rude and don’t offer any proper solution to fix their mistake. Simply stated the management here and the team they employ do not care about the customer experience.
