Pizza Hut - New Berlin

Very busy Friday night for them. I picked up our order and had to wait along with a group of customers. We could see how quickly the staff was trying to get things done, phones answered and money collected. The staff maintained their composure, and was friendly to everyone. Best of all, our order was correct! Great job everyone!!

I order from here ALL the time, they are one of the only places that deliver to my house. They ?don?t have delivery drivers? at least 2 times a week and mess up my orders almost as frequently. Getting really agitated with this location. I love Pizza Hut but this location is just always on some bs.

The P'zones were prepared promptly and were quite delicious. The restaurant was also very clean.

Three hours later, the pizza was delivered—despite us never confirming we still wanted it, especially since we had already ordered from another restaurant. I called back to explain we didn’t want the pizza, but they refused to take it back. They stated they were short on delivery drivers; one had been there briefly but left again, and I would need to return it myself. So, at 9:30 PM, five hours after my original order, I drove out to the restaurant only to find they couldn’t locate my order. In the end, they took the pizza back and handed me some cash, but it wasn’t even the full amount I had paid. I was extremely dissatisfied with this whole experience. If you don’t have a delivery driver, please just call us and cancel the order to avoid wasting our time like this.

I understand why Pizza Huts are gradually closing down. The food was decent but not exceptional. There were no customer restrooms, and unlike most places, there was no menu displayed above or behind the cashiers. Additionally, the food preparation area was quite messy, which left me questioning how often it's cleaned. I likely won't be returning, especially since several new pizza places have opened recently with better reviews.
