Jimmy John's - New Albany

I recently tried the new Tai Chicken Wrap, and I must say, I've never had anything quite like it that I enjoyed so much that I would want to have it again. Normally, I’m not a fan of cucumbers or carrots, but they were surprisingly delightful in this wrap. The combination of flavors is intriguing; it has a bit of bitterness that complements the sweetness of the sauce. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Quick service and incredibly friendly staff! They consistently go above and beyond to make sure my order is perfect and just what I wanted. They’re always available to assist with any questions I have about my food or drinks. This is definitely one of my favorite Jimmy John's locations!

The bathroom is absolutely stunning—it's the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff is exceptional; they really know how to make a sandwich. These people are the best. Hats off to them!

They made my 3 ingredient sandwich wrong. Girl left it on counter and refused to fix at first. Then put almost no lettuce on it in spite. I was very polite asking. On way out 2 girls loudly called me fat. Manager refused to do anything and found it amusing. District manager said that they could only be reprimanded. What a joke. They should have been fired and the manager demoted or sent to training.
