East Side Mario's Barrhaven - Nepean

We always go to the east side of Marios, but this time we got salad that wasn't fresh, and I and the kids ate it because we were hungry. We had to constantly ask for more bread and drinks. After we finished our food, our server never grabbed our dishes, they sat their 10 minutes before another server came to get them.

All was good except there was a glitch in the kitchen and our meal took too long to get served. I expect this problem will be corrected.

Online reservation was fast and easy. Our server Brittany was delightful, very friendly, happy and enthusiastic. Thumbs up Brittany! The manager Chris, was very involved with customer service throughout the time we were there. I spoke with him about the Handicap Parking not being signed yet and he promised to have that taken care of, that with limited parking due to a big dumpster due to ongoing construction, and another restaurant sharing the small parking lot it was a challenging to get close enough to the entry at 6:30 pm. The Veal Parmesan was very good, the pasta was el dante and the sauce was nice. We had the Buy One, Take One Home Free Offer and the take home Spaghetti and Meat Balls were excellent. The Spicy Sausage Penne sauce was slightly too spicy for my taste, I usually go for spicy, but this was a little 'over the top '. I will definitely be going again and again.

Our waitress was phenomenal when our babysitter didn't cost us a poor and a bit. I would have tipped her more! many thanks for a great evening

The service was slow and there was no brot for the salat. the brot is one of the highlights. other than I would dinate here again
