A&W Restaurant - Nelson

I had trouble finding something to eat on a Sunday morning, but this restaurant was open and served the breakfast combo quickly. It was nothing extraordinary.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant three times in a row. The buns were burned, there was no cheese on my burger, and it even appeared that someone had spit on my food. The service was terrible, and the Indian staff seemed to find it funny when they messed up my order. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

After having to repeat my order multiple times at the drive-thru, I was still missing an item. When I expressed my frustration, I was accused of being mean to the staff. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my order, they insisted I pay for the missing item. As a long-time resident of Nelson and former employee at A&W, I have noticed a decline in service over the years. I have decided to boycott both locations in the future.

Called to see if they had the new special cod burger. assured they had them. By the time I got there was told they were all sold out. Could have saved me the drive. Very disappointed!!!
