Thatch Thistle, Hungry Horse - Nelson

First time to visit. was pretty busy, but was served pretty fast. many places to sit, eat drink. good choice on menu good value for money. eating quickly

Had a lovely experience however music was quite loud which made people have to talk louder so felt a bit roudy. However you couldn't knock the food it's amazing staff are friendly and get on with it.

I had a good, affordable meal deal for lunch. It was nice and quiet around 3 PM on Monday, which we appreciated. The young man behind the bar was efficient with our order. He allowed my friend to sample two beers before making a choice. He also provided me with the gluten-free menu, which was excellent. I wish I had caught the young man's name; he was very polite with fair blonde hair and made our experience at Thatch and Thistle enjoyable. Don’t let him go!

Great food at reasonable prices, and the staff is always friendly. There's also a nice little area to keep the kids entertained. I’ll definitely be returning in the new year!

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. There's a spacious seating area as well.
