We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were only two waitresses managing the entire establishment, and they seemed to lack any sense of urgency. Despite asking three times, our dip was never brought out. When our dinner arrived, it wasn’t good, and still no dip in sight. Additionally, I noticed a large party struggling as three different members had to get up to find the waitress for missing items and extra water. The staff appeared to move without any urgency. We had a bad experience a few years ago but decided to give it another chance after a decent visit not long ago. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. The meal that cost $18 wasn’t even worth $8.

I waited 45 minutes for two orders of tacos, even though only a few tables were occupied and the place was almost empty. It was an uncomfortable experience since I was just passing through and ordered something I thought would be quick to prepare. I can only give a 1 for customer service because my food arrived late, and when it finally did, it wasn’t good. The table next to me, which arrived after I did, got their food much faster. I won't be returning, no thanks. Oh, and just a note: tacos should be in corn tortillas; otherwise, they aren't tacos!

"This is the world's most average Mexican restaurant. After a long hike, we were really hungry, and the service was quick and exceptionally friendly. The portions were generous, and the iced tea was cold and refreshing. While the cuisine isn't particularly authentic, you have to remember that you're in Nellysford, VA, not San Antonio. I would definitely return. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4."
