This food-truck (camion of food to be taken in French) is installed Monday to Friday on the parking of the fishery in Négrepelisse. The chef offers a dish of the day, a burger of the moment, a vegetarian dish or samoussas. Of course desserts of the day, drink and coffee are part. The products are cooked home, based on raw, fresh, local and organic products. For example, burger bread comes from the village bakery, the butternut of the day came out directly from the chef's garden. The dishes are good, sufficiently copied without pushing waste, the jars recorded to avoid glass waste. The prices are very correct (8 euros the dish of the day or the burger, 7 euros samoussas/salade and 6 euros the vegetarian dish, desserts to 3 euros) with menus (from 10 to 12 euros flat/dessert/boisson). Smile and kindness are more appreciable little ones.

MARMITE AND COMPAGNIE provided the catererer for the marriage of my daughter in our house of Tarn and Garonne. The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. Lucie and her team anticipated all the needs, they were very smooth and very professional. I would not be able to recommend Lucie and her team, and we will not fail to invite them again for our next big event! Great!
