Domino's Pizza - NAZARETH

Placed an order at 7:45 and didn't receive it until 9:32. The order consisted of 2 cheesey bread. At 8:51 we called to see about the order because we were told it would be 45 mins. The manager gets on the phone says it will be another 15 mins or so(bringing the wait time to an hour and 20 mins) and asked what did we want him to do about it. Refund of course was our answer.We asked him what would he want done if he was in our position and he said he'd just be happy to receive his food whenever itshowed up. He was sarcastic and lacked any level of customer service skills. Almost 2 hours is unacceptable. The worst pizzaplace in the area by far.

I placed an order at 8:48 pm. It?s said that they started prep the order. It?s said that in 38 to 48 min will be ready.One hour later I?m still waiting. I called the store and the lady that I spoke told me that they don?t know about the order because thesistem didn?t show them. She was very rude and disrespectful. She said she don?t see anything but she can refund the miney. Howif she don?t see it how she can refund? I didn?t recomend this dominos. People very disrespectfull.

Always delivers on time, always delicious. I never thought I was a Domino's devotee, but they won me.

Service was good... Pizza was made as I ordered! Not very sweet of the cheese they use. I even wondered if it was real. This medium 8 cut above was 14.99 and well baked.

In the last three occasions we have ordered pizza from this restaurant, our orders have been incorrect. The pizza was not sliced properly, our chocolate lava cakes were burnt, and the pizza arrived cold. When we tracked our food delivery, instead of the time counting down in minutes, it appeared as though our driver had turned back or made an extra stop somewhere, which may explain why the pizza was cold. They seem to overlook the details of our orders, as we received marinara sauce on our pizza instead of BBQ sauce, and the sauce on our wings was also incorrect. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly.
