Restaurant bewertenI tried their lugaw paired with tokwa, bagnet and baga. Lugaw topped with fried garlic and chopped onion springs was really good and comforting. Tokwa was fried to perfection, crispy outside (not chewy) and soft inside. The bagnet was cooked properly, as well, with crispy skin (not tough) and the alternate meat and fat was succulent. Lastly, the sweet and spicy, soft-to-the-bite baga completed the very satisfying meal. A little improvement on the place (additional ventilation, softer music, etc) will definitely make the place a must-go dining destination as they also offer more lugaw-sides, rice meals and other stuffs. Will be back for sure!

If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to enjoy a hearty meal, Aling Nena's Lugawan is a great choice due to its ample space. The staff is friendly, and while the food is decent compared to other restaurants in the same price range, it still satisfies. For a dinner experience, I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere 3 out of 5. I recommend trying the Fried Chicken and Java Rice, and you can expect to spend around ₱1-200 per person.
Place has potential. Lugaw is good enough but too expensive for its taste. Same taste as ₱12 lugaw elsewhere. Lumpia also tastes good but still, too expensive. It took them 15 mins to serve plain lugaw when simple lugawans can do it right away. Music is TOO LOUD. Though they have powerful electric fans, they're just blowing warm air. NOT RECOMMENDED.
