Phone service is horrendous!!!! The man on the phone was not willing to disclose any deals to me ok fine I ordered anyway I was never asked for email so as I’m waiting for this delivery I call back again very rude when answering the phone I asked how will I get tracking on this order and he said you can’t! I ask him again like ok so how will I know when it’s delivered? (Im sending elsewhere as a gift) he said driver will call you and hangs up the phone. By far worst customer service ever
Ordered delivery and one of my items were wrong, usually I wouldn’t care but it was something to hot for the kids I was babysitting. So I called to see if they could bring me the right item. I was even gonna give the driver a $40 tip because I felt bad even though it wasn’t even my mistake. They said they’d redeliver my item. Waited a whole hour and NOTHING so I called again and they said they were leaving the store right now, so I assumed maybe they had a rush etc things happen. A whole second hour goes by and nothing again!! So I call back and just ask for a refund and they say I have to come in. Literally ridiculous… ofc I’m expected just to get over it while they keep my money.
It’s good just one thing I don’t like the workers who in touch with the pizza and who makes the bread they don’t wear gloves But the service very good just they need to wear gloves just who touching the bread in his or her hands
