Mcdonald's - Natchez

The restroom was not clean. The beverage area was fility and the workers were watching a game. The focus was not work. We almost left without ordering because the kiosk was not working properly... we were persistent because wanted to take our order or it seemed.

Worse McDonald’s I’ve literally ever been to ! I think management needs to be fired everyone! Because the staff is only as good as the leadership! Food is always horrible there’s always a problem, literally every time I go there food isn’t fully cooked or it’s stale !!!! Drinks are water 90% of the time and when you ask for something else you get attitude like your not spending money Ridiculous

Ordered a hot caramel macchiato and the Machine was being clean during a rush hour dinner asked if I wanted something else and I said yes I was kept waiting 20 minutes and drive through and my order never came out so I went back in and got my money back manager was rude and nobody seemed to know what else I ordered would not recommend this particular McDonald's to anyone the rest of my food got cold while I was waiting for the my order to come out

Drive-thru moved quickly, staff friendly, food good.
