Southernaire Market - Nashville

Food on the Southernaire Market is great. One of my favorite lunch spots in downtown. Baby cale salad with pulled turkey is one of the best salads I had in Nashville. The gumbo tastes like my mother's seafood gumbo. tons of large sandwiches to choose. Great service and a great selection. You can literally buy almost everything you see in the store. Can't wait to take some of their steaks and seafood home to cook me!

Had the Brisket Panini and it was excellent. Definitely recommend.

We visited the market today during the SoBro Food Tour. There were so many delicious items we tried. My favorite was the Brisket and Pimento cheese Panini- will definitely go back. It was also great to see one of my former student Lyndi Swan!
