Restaurant bewertenThis is the best and most authentic Chinese cuisine in Nashville. The eggplant with garlic sauce is one of my favorites, and the Mongolian beef is perfect. The food is prepared quickly and delivered HOT.
The Orange Chicken was good in flavor but a little dry. The chicken on a Chicken on Stick (3 Pieces) was completely dry to the point it fell off the stick (in a bad way) and was covered in a gelatinous goop and had no flavor. The Edamame was so undercooked the beans wouldn't come out of the pod.
The vegetarian lo mein lunch special said it came with rice, no rice was included. Portions on all dishes were extremely skimpy today.
My order from Lucky was great. The Rangoon's were cooked just right and the egg rolls were warm and fresh even though the store was further away than I realized. The rice was cooked perfectly. They added a variety of sauce cups which some places no longer do. Very happy with them!
Excellent Dim Mama! Also homemade dumplings. The only downer was not a shopping cart because of Covid. Not her fault. I loved this kitchen for a long time and I was looking for it in Vancouver and Victoria BC., Seattle, San Francisco and everywhere else I can get authentic Cart Service Dim Sum. I was really excited and surprised that all the time, it was right here in my own garden. And the owner was very friendly to boot. The grass is not always greener. My one and only criticism is that I wish the Filial Front was a bit better, because it does not reflect the treasures and cleanliness inside.
