Fuse has such a good atmosphere. I ordered the wings and got a order of the loaded pommes that were so good. I also have a sweet tee, but if they like it sweet, I would recommend ordering something else. the hotel is located in gaylord so it is quite busy through all the times of the day, but we did not have to wait too long for a table. recommend to eat here!

Starting off with service because that is what bumped this review to a 5 star. Our Waitress Kenya was awesome, super chill, down to earth and able to have a conversation and not make things weird. The hostess, no clue name, but was very nice, made suggestions to my wife for food as they switched out the brisket quesadilla with a chicken ranch. Come on Fuse, bring back the brisket … Eaten here about 4 times, each time I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Ribs are great, fries are fire, and the Caesar salad was a solid 7.1 of 10. My only complaint could be price but least when you pay 14 dollars for a mixed drink they DO NOT skip you on the alcohol. Probably let people know the Caesar salad is a bowl fit for a family at Olive Garden too . But great experience and good food!

4/5/2022: The Fries and the Buffalo chicken dip were pretty good but the wings were terrible…. They were fried to the point that you almost couldn’t tell the meat from the bone….. the kitchen staff definitely needs some training. Service out front was great!!! Bartender as well… well done Minnie and Tanner!!! 4/10/2022… took a chance and ordered the wings again… told the kitchen to cook them 2 minutes less than normal… PERFECT… recommend telling kitchen to cook two minutes less than normal when ordering the wings.

John l., our waiter at fuse was absolutely amazing. he was attentive, patient and responsive to our group of six tonight. in consideration of other experiences we had with others, he was exceptional! Thank you. we had a great evening thanks to them. this review is really to reflect the positive experience we had thanks to john. do not change.
