Restaurant bewertenI know when eating out at take out places like this not really to be sitting in first class top notch type of situation but i’ve been dining in plenty of places my whole life where i felt comfortable enough to sit and eat my food without feeling like i did going here! only writing this for the absolute safety for others health and their children!very very dirty inside!! very horrible customer service probably the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had…im warning anyone with children especially do not go inside this place or even eat what their serving called “food”..brought my kids in for lunch and possible play place haven’t been to this location in years…i didn’t have too high expectations but by law and certain codes figured hey why not might not be too bad..didn’t even get inside the door handle was covered in what looked to be old dryed up ketchu…there was a giant hole in the wall of the hallway massive spider webs in the corners…the windows on the doors were smeared with finger prints galore along with many other different kinds of food smears….we were told the play place was closed but they had no explanation i assumed covid purposes…there was no sign on the door it was only half blocked off by trash barrels…ordered my food the girl handed me a cup full of ice i asked what was wrong with ice machine she said “oh i don’t know it probably just needs to be filled” the machine had probably been empty for god knows how long if she was still handing me a cup full of ice then walked away where’s the manager on top of keeping a full machine at all times for the customers? i then filled my cup with soda only to drink flat warm coke…went to go sit my kids down couldn’t find one table that didn’t have old food/loose hair caked ontop or on the booth seats…this place needs a serious re do and new staff..the dog food they are basically serving came out cold and tasted like sponge along with cardboard…immediately took my kids out threw the food away and left…really suprised they passed inspection ?
Have 2 double cheeseburgers on the last Sunday, so much was it difficult to eat. if it wasn't for the fact that I had returned well on my with them. also no possibility to contact phone simply went directly to busy. Today was over 20 minutes by car. Eating was okay, but not worth the money. quality is far below. staff were friendly and polite, but that's just how far.
For one I wanted to tweeper rings instead of riding with my meal and I asked them to replace them, and they told me they had no tweeper rings like why there is a big picture of tweebel rings and mozzarella sticks if they don't want to sell them, the wrong advertising not cool
I understand every fast food chain is struggling with hiring people.... But if you are going to have a staff meeting, CLOSE the drive thru. Block it off with cones or a sign saying its closed. I waited more than 45 minutes to find out no one was going to answer me. With a HUGE line and no way to get out. Starbucks closes their drive thru during staff meetings. Its not that complicated. I also dont have money to waste gas sitting there for over an hour.
Management needs to pay these folks more so there’s more folks on staff; The few that do still work here are solid but it takes a while for that tasty whopper.. still worth it.
