Restaurant bewertenV Day-2024, a day that will go down in Boston history as the worst restaurant collapse since McGoo's in Southie was destroyed by a car. I fear for the sanity and wellbeing of the hardworking and capable bartenders, as they suffer the consequences of utter failure in every other aspect of this facility. While an extended wait on high traffic dining evenings is expected, to be told that your order is out of stock after almost two hours of sitting is a tough pill to swallow. They should take notes from their neighbor building Vertex, and at least commit criminal activity hidden behind bureaucracy or the cover of night, not in front of your customer's eyes and stomachs.
Don't go here. Wouldn't let us sit with our pizza which we had ordered ahead. They said it was too big. We asked if it could be cut in half as we were sitting at two tables. They said no! Sent us to sit outside, with the 4 kids in our party. When we tried to order outside they told us we had to go back inside to order lobster rolls. Terrible customer service. Whoever runs this place knows nothing about hospitality. Avoid.
We tried Hook Line and Sinker for the first time last night (July 23, 2023) for take out after spending the day at the beach. We ordered a large cheese pizza, salads, and a kids chicken tenders and fries. The kids tenders and fries were typical frozen food, hot and tasty, but nothing special. The pizza on the other hand is where it’s at, and well worth the trip. Their pizza is a thin crust New York style pizza, and one of the best pizza’s you will get in the area for quality ingredients and price by far.I highly recommend trying Hook Line and Sinker, we will be back.
Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! This is the place to goRight across from Scarborough Beach!?
Wings pizza are good, but probably the worst fisherman’s platter I’ve ever had.
