P.f. Chang's - Naples

The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was generally good, although there were a few dishes that weren't to my taste, but that can be subjective. The prices were slightly on the higher side, but the ambiance made it worthwhile. I must mention our server, Dieago (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great personality, which enhanced the dining experience. I would definitely recommend stopping by. The orange chicken was delicious, and I wish I had ordered it myself. The herbal lo-mein was good, although it could have used a bit more seasoning. The drinks were tasty, but the standout was definitely the plum wine. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will certainly request Dieago as my server again. Next to us was a family that was, without a doubt, the rudest group I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. They made extensive alterations to every dish they ordered, essentially creating their own meals. Their behavior was so unpleasant that at one point my group and I felt compelled to step outside to cool off before we reacted to them. Despite their behavior, our server handled the situation with complete grace. She maintained a smile and kept her positive, cheerful energy throughout. We were so impressed that we didn’t even realize she was in training until we overheard another server talking to the rude table. During our birthday weekend in Naples, we dined at several restaurants, but none provided better service than this one. Thank you so much for making our experience memorable!

We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, whose personality is as delightful as his culinary creations. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. Our server, Clara, was the sweetest waitress and made our lunch truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful time. If you find yourself in the area and fancy a drink or two, be sure to visit Cody, the charming and quick-footed bartender. This restaurant is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I would give it five stars!

The food was good minus a few things we have ordered, but I know that only depends on what you like to a taste .. the prices were a bit on the high side, but the ambience made it worth it... the server is definitely worth mentioning Dieago (hope I spelled his name right, he was friendly, informative and had a lot of personality. he made the food great and was busy. The vegetable-lo-my was good, although it wasn't much spice.. the drinks were delicious, but the best drink was the plum wine.. was looking forward to my next visit and will definitely ask that Dieago wait for me again..

We had the most amazing experience. Our server I can't remember her name, and I lost the card on which I wrote it, but it started with a Z and it was in training). From the moment we sat, she was friendly, impotent and funny. She helped with drinking recommendations that she discovered, they were absolutely delicious. While a family was sitting next to us. Not exaggerated, they were the most rude people I've ever seen a restaurant. They made extreme changes to each individual dish they ordered at the point where they basically created their own dishes. They were so rude and evil that at one point my group and I had to stand up and go outside to calm down before we turned around something to them. The server treated them with complete grace. She held a smile on her face and the same positive, happy energy. She was so amazing that we didn't even know she was in training until we heard another server tells the rude table. We stayed in Naples for my birthday weekend, went to many restaurants, and they gave us the best service from any place where we went. Thank you very much for us!
