Kilwins Chocolates Ice Cream

I was thrilled to discover a Kilwins in downtown Naperville! I had previously visited their Lake Geneva location and instantly fell in love with their sea salt caramel fudge. I picked up some treats, but I was really disappointed because the portions were smaller than I expected and quite pricey. Overall, while I enjoyed the flavors, I was frustrated by the cost.

I absolutely love this place! Every visit is fantastic. Unfortunately, I forgot the manager's name, but he really shines alongside his team and with the customers. We tried the hot chocolate and taffy apples, and both were delicious—you must try them if you haven't already! We will definitely be back, and I hope to see the manager again. I'm so sorry that I forgot his name!

When I walked in, the smell hit me like a toothache. This candy shop offered a wide selection of sweets, but the caramel-covered Granny Smith apples immediately caught my attention. Displayed in a plastic case, these apples looked freshly made. I couldn't resist buying two caramel apples with nuts, and I'm so glad I did. They are among the best caramel apples I've ever tasted. The crunchy, tart Granny Smith apple paired perfectly with the mildly sweet caramel. I will definitely be back... very soon!

Elizabeth had a terrible attitude towards customers, it almost seemed as if we were causing her trouble while she was supposed to be doing her job. Very rude upon entry and was giving dirty looks and we felt very uncomfortable.

Kilwins is the ONLY place in Naperville that sells PERFECT taffy apples. As a happy and satisfied consumer and a taffy apple aficionado I can honestly say that there is no better taffy Apple on the planet!!!??
