Culver’s - Naperville

We eat here all the time. A few times mix-ups happen, but they are usually very responsive. I especially want to commend the manager Jimmie. Whatever it is, he will make it right. Great customer service.

The food is inconsistent. The staff are sometimes rude and unhelpful, but the food is mediocre.

Super nice team members, food is yummy--and they get my special order right, and it's very clean inside. A guilty pleasure stop for sure!
