I like the MCfry's fries as the are able to make them crunchy when I ask them too. Their chicken are tiny though. I wish they could consider buying broilers that are atleast 1.5kg. Their inability to take credit card for orders that are less than sh1000 cost them a star. The rationing of water another star. Their rationing of hand napkins, another star

Not been there since 4 yrs and counting . Had bought half chicken at their ex pop in branch , the person had cut only quater and said its half upon inquiring, he thought we were stupid , sadly since that day i have not been there , and am surprised they still increase their price and quantity less . Sad . Thus moto moto , kirima flats is the best , at least quantity and price good .

I was disappointed with today’s order. Stale, dry and discolored french fries. Called to complain and was referred to the cook instead of the supervisor/owner. Complaint was not taken seriously. Very disappointing.

Quality and quantity has really gone down in highrige branch. Got less quantity and the fries had spoiled potato fried. Disappointed

Terrible soggy chips. Dry chicken with no taste. Poor packaging. Not worth your money at all.
