Restaurant bewertenOrdered cream of tomato soup. In main course- Paneer Khurchan and Lahsuni Palak and dal tadka. While I entered the place my first impression was good. I saw it as a very busy sunday night restaurant. I was asked to wait for about 15-20 minutes. After such a wait we went to our table and no water glasses were kept and had to ask for the same. Cover preparation:- Even when asked for a table of 5 people, they haven't prepared the cover for the same. No plates, no spoons, no forks, no knives, no napkins, no cruet set. A plain table. Server Mr. Hemant asked me to take a chair. After settling down the menu card was given yet no water glasses were kept and no water was served. I ordered my choice of menu and then waited for order to come. The speed of serving food is fast and prompt. As it was a busy day for amaira, there was too much of noise of crockery and cutlery. The servers were dropping the plates all over the restaurant and it made the visit very noisy. On top of it the soiled napkin basket was kept just next to my table. All the soiled napkin from all over the restaurant were being dumped in that basket. The soiled plate crate was kept just next to my table. Food:- The food was good. The taste was good. Quantity is just perfect for 5 people eating together with two veg preparations and a dal tadka. Tandoori roti made from pure wheat which was added advantage. On dal tadka, the tadka was very less in quantity. When asked they gave us saperate tadka for it. Dal tadka is known because of its takda floating on top with a red chilly. But it was not served. Taste:- 8.5/10 Ambience:- Cozy, warm looking with antique pieces. Rates:- 2007 Rs for 5 people. Reasonable. Overall experience:- 6/10. Suggestions:- train the staff (specially servers) to serve food, I had to ask the servers to serve it. Then they used to do it. By themselves they don't do it. Still polite staff. Remove soiled plates and napkin bins from guest movement area and put it in back area. Ask servers to minimize the noise of crockery and cutlery. Serve guests water who are waiting to get a table. Thankyou. Nice outlet needs some work to be done. 9665018200 Restaurant consultant.

Went for fair well party of a teammate. First thing food. Food quality is average. Can not say it is very good. Order cheese balls in starters which is so so type. In main course ordered paneer pasanda and one baby corn dish which were also okay. Paan shot is something different which i got. Second thing is price. According to me respective of quality and quantity food is expensive. Third is ambiance. Ambiance is okay. Interior is not so classy or out of the box. In a nutshell average veg restaurant in nagpur area
Ambience 5 /5 Service 3/5 Overall Food taste 3.5/5 Value for money 2.5/5 Ordered: Hakka noodles: OK in taste . Papad fry masala: very costly. Small papad . ordered 2 for 8 person and brought in one small plate with one over another. Manchow soup: very ordinary in taste and told waiter not to dip noodles in soup and bring in separate bowl but served with noodles diped in soup. Cream of babycorn and broccoli soup: very nice 4/5 Chilli mushroom and babycorn: excellent 5/5 Paneer sula : Spicy ,nice. nothing special. But green chutney very ordinary in looks and taste and didn't served us onion kachumber as it is must with any tandoor dish. Main course: Nargisi kofta : kofta: very nice , gravy : superb. Garlic naan : OK .served cold as brought first and serve before serving main course and dal. Dal tadka : first ordered dal fry then changed it to dal tadka but I think the captain who takes the order was not informed properly so they served us dal fry..... later they agreed to bring tadka separately but as we didn't like dal and Surprisingly many of us feel its not fresh so chef was informed and they didn't charge for that(happy for that). Subz panchmel biryani: looks ordinary. Taste OK. Comes with rice (red) mixed with green ,red ,and yellow capsicum. With onion raita.Without gravy.
