C Cafe - Nagano

I had an amazing dining experience at #C Sharp cafe (pronounced 'see sharp'). As a vegan, I was delighted to find that over 90% of the menu is vegan and the flavors were delicious. The owners, Akihito and Miya, are extremely friendly and dedicated to living a sustainable lifestyle. I highly recommend trying the curry and, if available, the red bean sweets for dessert. The cafe is currently only open on Wednesdays, so it's best to call ahead to confirm. Also, Miya speaks English, making it easy for non-Japanese speakers to communicate.
