Dunkin' - N. Miami

I ordered a turkey egg English muffin with no cheese. I got a sandwich with extra cheese. I ordered an iced coffee and got a hot coffee. When I noticed that it was cheese on my sandwich turned around and went back in to get it fixed. Server acted as if it was my fault turned around and threw sandwich on the table. Everyone else was white and got better service. Think it was because I’m black. Horrible experience. Will never return and thinking about doing away with this franchise altogether.Dietary restrictions: They do not abide by dietary restrictions at all.

The place is very dirty, the bathroom is terrible, they don't even have hand soap. The attention is very poor and it is really a shame. Because their coffee is good. But I'd rather not go back.

I've been coming to this DD for years, and honestly. . . It needs a major remodeling. Every piece of furniture and fixtures is so worn-out and completely outdated. The upholstery leaves a lot to be desired. For a place to have suck good clientele and good services, it sad the the Owners of this establishment don't give attention to details. What a shame. ?

Dorothy was so nice , always going out of her way to help with my order and always fast and friendly service, best location. Excellent service , great atmosphere. Food is always fresh.
