Restaurant bewertenNot a lot of places in mysore that serve, udupi cuisine that lives upto the name! This place is a gem! They serve simple soul food done right! The plantain leaf meal, the variety and the authenticity Is on point, one of its kind in the industrial area, definitely one of its kind in Mysore! Those who love Mangalore bajji, amongst other things , you wouldnt be disappointed! It's really that good.Staff is smiling too, serves with dedication.A must visit for a hearty after office meal, or a great tummy filling lunch.

Pluses:<br/ <br/ 1. Simple Menu: I have been to their place during lunch. They have South India meals, Chapati sabji, Rice variety , few juices and accompaniments. They have kept it very basic to concentrate on quality<br/ <br/ 2. Food : I have tried the South indian thali (on plantain leaf) . Chapati/poor, 2 bhajis, chutney, curd, 1 sweet, salad, sambar, rasam. Simple basic yet very tasty and satisfying. You don't get a bloated stomach like you would after eating other thalis. They also serve breakfast, which i heard is good too<br/ <br/ 3. Service: Pleasing , helpful. Open to suggestions. The owner himself walks around to see if everything is alright.<br/ <br/ 4. Value for Money: at Rs 85 for a thali, its worth every penny<br/ <br/ 5. Ambience: high tiled sloping roof, airy. Kitchen is extremely clean.<br/ <br/ 6. Parking and Location: ample parking space, easy to locate as it is close to the ring road.<br/ <br/ Minuses:<br/ <br/ 1. More variety in the menu: wish they include something more in the menu for lunch or dinner. Something that is unique and not found in other places of this kind.<br/ <br/ Final Verdict: worth visiting for a satisfying simple meal.<br/ <br/ <br/ Food: 4/5<br/ Menu: 3.5/5<br/ Location: 3.5/5<br/ Service: 5/5<br/ Value for money: 4/5<br/ Parking: 4/5
Located near the ring road, we came to this place when traveling to visit friends who work in Infosys. It was recommended by a friend for having an authentic lunch meal on plantain leaves but we decided to go for breakfast. <br/ <br/ The service was prompt and our order were taken with a smile. It's completely different from the Darshini hotels we see in bangalore. It's clean and table service is such a boon on a lazy Saturday@ morning. Few interesting photos adorned the walls. <br/ <br/ We ordered the best breakfast combo, idli vada sambar and filter coffee. The food was so good. Highly recommended for travelers from bangalore to mysore and madikeri. <br/ <br/ P. S- I regret not taking the photos beforehand but the pic shows that the food will make you wipe your plate clean.
Annapoorna Aahar is a restaurant in middle of an Industrial Area.<br/ <br/ Its visited by office goers and is best for the full meals.<br/ <br/ This restaurant is in the category of restaurants, that have an a-la-carte menu just for the sake of showing a variety on the menu.<br/ <br/ I went out with office friends one afternoon for a lunch and we took the safe call of ordering full meals. We were served with 2 vegetables, a kosambari salad, broken wheat porridge, chapatis, rice, sambar, rasam, curd, butter milk and sweet at the end. The taste overall was average to good. The service was prompt and we had our tummies full.<br/ <br/ The prices are reasonable for the food they serve. <br/ <br/ Overall, a good place for occasional group lunches...
