Mcdonald's - Myerstown

Not just my husband and I, but my parents and sister had our orders wrong a million times.

Got my fries were cold and fresh made my burger was all tried up they forgot my drink with my order too.a complete nighmare.

Getting happy meals is always an adventure. The food was nice and hot, the cashier was very friendly- even gave him a cash tip. We forget how grueling their jobs can be, and a few bucks extra always helps. I come here about once a week and will continue to do so because this location is great overall.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's generally because I think their food is not real and I generally get an upset stomach after a few bites, but their deals are often and are hard to pass up. Plus the customer service in Myerstown is on point.

Went to the drive-thru and it was horrible. I ordered the fish meal, 2 cheeseburger meal and a double cheeseburger. Before I drove off, I checked my order and notice they never made my fish sandwich. I backed and knocked on the window. Told the girl what happened and she made it. I get home and give my girlfriend her cheeseburger meal and I have my fish meal. I notice two more cheeseburgers. Instead of giving me my double cheeseburger, they gave me two single cheeseburgers. I don't know when McDonald's ever gets an order right.
