Country Fare - Myerstown

Dutch foods arent my favorite, but these guys do really good for the kind of food they make.

Always good food here! Excellent sandwiches with sourdough bread. Amazing desserts. One star less, wish the staff would smile more, I wonder why they are always stressed.

Steaks over done, not as ordered. Since I didn’t order any potatoes,etc the steak came out with no garnish so it presented poorly and not appetizing. Beef vegetable soup was tasty, but bowl and plate were sloppy on the outside from the soup. Haddock was nicely cooked. The restaurant was not busy so the difficulties were mostly from the kitchen staff, but the soup bowl’s appearance could have been corrected by the server.

Food was prepared great. Desserts were amazing. Great take out dessert selection.

Stopped here for breakfast and would go again. Easy-to-understand menu and great tasting food!
