Well, I don't have much to reveal about the condition of other rooms but definitely the room number no. 211 where I stayed for three days spoke loudly of the filthy conditions and unhygienic conditions. The people at reception were careless and unsympathetic .

Nice hotel at Katni for a Business as well as family trip. Located just opposite to Main Bus Stand. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is good and the food is tasty.

Everything was fine except whatever we told them to do in advance before checking in. Things were not as per our specified requirements before our arrival even though we booked the room in advance online.

Very near to Bus stand with parking facility, F&B serving staff good, room service is ok but F&B billing staff don 't provide bill and if customer incist then he said we are very loyal staff and don 't keep your money. If server is not working then I hope hotel can give manual bill instead of shouting on customer. Staff in reception were arguing and lady was saying hum chor nahi hai Last few minutes of argument spoil my whole experience. Totally unprofessional lodge staff.

Right opposite side of Bus stand Radhika hotel location is on road and easily approachable. Rooms are okay like old pattern hotel, they are big and small balcony attached, buffet breakfast is available in restaurant with limited options,prices are highly affordable, lawn available for functions,food is okay too...
