Restaurant bewertenDriving from Cuenca to Cartagena two weeks ago, Sunday, lunchtime... if you haven't booked somewhere you might as well forget it because the whole world goes out for Sunday lunch! This was the fourth place we tried and we got one of the last tables. This restaurant is not for the faint-hearted... First, there's no menu. If you're fluent in Spanish it may not be an issue, but as a beginner in the language it's a bit daunting. After the waiter had been reciting his dishes for about 20 seconds the look of puzzlement on our faces must have stopped him. Eventually he sent over the one waitress in the place who spoke English and very kindly looked after us. They have a wood grill going and the smell is so appetizing, so we took her advice and ordered lamb chops with fries. They were, I must say, delicious. Salad if you want it. Bread, cold red wine, coffee. 13 euros per person, muchas gracias y hasta luego... Lots of noise, a very mixed clientele and plenty of friendly bustling atmosphere. For 13 euros per person? Real value, even for Spain.
Paramos en el camino a La Manga. La ubicación era aceptable. En cuanto a la comida para el almuerzo, no tenían opciones sin gluten, solo una bolsa de papas fritas. La empanada era pequeña pero sabrosa. Los cafés eran decentes.
Fresh food displayed and cooked on an open wood burning grill. 3 courses including a drink and coffee 12 Euros each! Well worth stopping to eat there before arriving at the airport. Truly authentic, thank you.
Mi opinión personalmente es un sitio maravilloso tanto para familia como trabajadores de día a día ya que hablamos de una venta , la comida de primera los precios asequibles y los trabajadores super amables y antentos lo recomiendo 100%100
