This luxury property is famous for the celebration of food festivals with all festivities and authentic delicacies prepared by famous hospitables. huge chandeliers hanging in the deck. a huge open terrace is beautifully covered. a huge bar in the entrance, with antique glassware displayed, as the mood of the festival. a real feeling of royalty. beautiful scary teppiche hanging to glorify the beauty of the place to set the right mood of the festival. a theke of pashminas is part of the festivals. Chef shadab qureshi has the experience of 18 years in the world of kulinarik. This restaurant offers a mix of outdoor and indoor dining spaces, providing a fine dining experience with delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service. They serve roasted papad and chutneys as a complimentary snack before your meal, and their veg galauti and hung curd kebabs, as well as the paratdar paneer, are highly recommended. I visited Jyran on a Saturday night and was impressed with the lively atmosphere, great crowd, and delicious food. The restaurant serves some of the best herbal sheesha I've tried. The staff was friendly and polite, providing excellent service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the food, drinks, and especially the sheesha at Jyran.
At Sofitel, Jyran is celebrating Hyderabadi Food Festival in association with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre. From 11th October to 20th October in Lunch at 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m and also in Dinner at 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m Jyran is fine dining restaurant which serves traditional North Indian, Mughlai Cuisine along with Kebabs, Briyani, Signature Cocktails Mocktails and Traditional Desserts. At Jyran you will get one if the best Hospitality. I Visited Jyran for trying their Hyderabadi food, following are list of food items which we had 1) Signature Cocktails Mocktails In Mocktails we had Sugarcane Mojito which made us refresh and was made fabulous. Cocktails were Bellini, the presentation of cocktails were amazing and having it was more refreshing. 2) Starters In Starters we had Varqi Luqmi, Methi Chamam and Phathar Ka Gosht. All the items were traditional and made in traditional style. I would definitely recommend to go with Phathar Ka Gosht 3) Mains In Mains We had Murgh Taimori, Nizami Handi, Dum Ka Murgh with Associated Indian Breads Like Butter Naan, Butter Roti and Lacha Paratha. We also tried their Kacchi Gosht Ki Biryani 4) Desserts In Desserts We had Khubani Ka Meetha With Saffron Cream. Desserts was presented very nicely and made amazing. Overall We had Wonderful Experience at Jyran by having Hyderabadi Food and Special Thanks To Chef Mohammed Iqbal which help us to explain each and every item and showcasing us the story behind the dish. Sofitel Mumbai BKC's signature restaurant, Jyran helmed by Chef Shadab Ahmed often comes up with many good festivals. One such festival promised us delights curated straight from the kitchens of Mohammed Ali Road who can resist the lure of such signature preparations? We started with a soothing watermelon sherbet made with fresh watermelon juice, kokum juice flavored with rock salt. The variety on offer is huge with various must have dishes, so choose wisely :D. For starters, we tried Chicken Cutlet- made with minced chicken, generously spiced cooked on a griddle. The cutlet was soft, juicy flavorful.
