Mcalister's Deli - Mount Prospect

Great atmosphere where you order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Fast service and friendly staff, but the best part is the food. Lots to choose from and I haven’t had a bad meal here. Highlights are the broccoli cheddar soup, the refillable pop/ice tea and any one of their salads or sandwiches is a good choice to be honest.

Great food. Even better staff. Was on there July 21st 2023. Lost my wallet and it was returned to me. Very impressed with how serious they took a missing wallet. It's the small things. Love the food here although order accuracy is sometimes an issue. Great portions for the price and I like that you can get a kids meal at a reduced price if you don't get a drink with it.Vegetarian options: Lots that is either vegetarian by default or can be customized that wayKid-friendliness: Very customizable kids options

Fast food deli. Had a Reuben and it was ok, nothing special. Sides were ok. If you're looking for a Bagel or Max and Benny's, it isn't. Won't return. Too many alternatives in the area.Food: 4/5

This is usually one of my go to placesIt was 8:08 when we walked in. The hours say they are open until 9:00pm. We were told they wanted to clean the tables so we would have to order it to go. If the dining area is closed an hour before they close, that should probably be posted somewhere.Service: 1/5
