Chick-fil-a - Mount Prospect

There is always a long line in the drive thru, so I am really not surprised each time I go in here. I just got used to it and it is a normal scene for me to see a long line, especially on Saturdays. But you know, the service here is just really great. Sometimes lines move quickly and sometimes not, but nevertheless, the staff are always friendly and definitely polite. I always choose to go here whenever I want something to eat, and that would definitely mean their chicken nuggets. I just love their chicken nuggets. It is always fresh and hot when it is served. It tastes fresh as well, and, of course, juicy and seasoned to perfection, so it definitely melts in my mouth. I am honestly content with the chicken nuggets alone, but I cannot deny the fact that they taste even better with every sauce they have. This time, my favorite sauce would definitely be their sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce that I always request, and they always put it perfectly with other sauces that also taste good. I would always order 12 pieces of nuggets, and I was good. It definitely brightens up my day, and whenever I have a bad day, I will just stop by here on the drive through and have some of their chicken nuggets. Their waffle fries are also great, and like their chicken nuggets, they always taste delicious and are always served fresh, hot, and super crispy.

It 's Chick-fil-A. Of course it is great! I especially like the Chicken Strips WITH Ranch and the name some Texas Pete Hot Sauce, for some kick !!! Yumm!

The chick fil a was so accommodating there was this worker named Donna she was on break and I didn't know I asked her to clean the table she said yes sir let me take care of that. So respectful atmosphere was nice and the food was cooked to perfection. Thank you Donna keep up the amazing attitude and sorry for interrupting your break.

Went there today and most if not all tables were dirty while crew stood around and talked. Another customer went to ask for paper towels to clean the table for his family. While we were there no crew members cleaning any tables. We went to ask why it 23 minutes had passed and we still hadn't gotten our food. This was at 1:50 pm 4/5. We left after 30 minutes and no one cleaned the tables. Maybe, it was just this crew that needs to be re-trained or fired.

Great food, excellent quality,and the drive-thru employee was friendly and had a great smile. Even though the pricing was very high, I would go back again. It would be nice if there was seating available outside. Keep up the great work.
