Chick-fil-a - Mount Prospect

I love that this restaurant offers an online menu with detailed nutritional information. It makes it convenient to accommodate various dietary needs. The food was delicious, pickup was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly.

The chicken sandwich was average. The restaurant should improve on their chicken sandwich.

The service and food quality at this restaurant has traditionally been excellent, but with the new management, I have noticed a decline in the typical Chick-fil-A experience. The chicken nuggets are sometimes burned and the salads are not as fresh. However, I still love Chick-fil-A as a brand and appreciate their attention to detail, such as live flowers and children's placemats, even though it is a fast food restaurant.

Mobile order, first time at this place, just as good as the ones I'm going in the rule. clean restaurant, friendly staff. I’m sure if I “Checked-in” earlier it would have saved a few minutes, but that’s on me. They were still timely and most importantly that they got the order right. I take the accuracy over the speed.
