Worst customer services, I call to ask for breakfast one of them suggested me to order by the app I try they closed down by 10:30am then I call back the manager so then JENNA” answer and said to be get here before 11 we will have breakfast for u I got there with my kids by 10:55am I had a 13 mins drive I was by the great woof resort and she knew that still send me back empty handed with my kids hangry and in top of everything give me a attitude DONT GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO A CUSTOMER “JENNA” . Store manager !

This was super sad we drove 160 miles and at a Waterpark and our 2nd time here. They forced us to use Machines computers that wasn't working well freezing and not scanning deal codes and double our order yet the store won't help up at all they even said if we call corp the manager heavy set lady with the big earing and no name tag said our Corp complaint will go to her and she will say the same thing no refunds... I guess double charging folks is part of the business model here. If you are going to Kalahari don't eat here. This store should be reported to the PA attorney General for robbing clients cuz if you overcharge 100 people 20$ like us that around 2k

Food was good. It was noisy, as usual on a Sunday afternoon. They ran out of clean trays for dine in. Also, when ordering on the kiosk, there were no numbers to take to the table for our order. Other than that, it was good.

Tired of the screwed up orders.. didn't realize they missed a burger in the bag and it's too far to go back.. waste of money.. wometimes service is hit or miss
