The Gates at Southgate - Mount Gambier

The restaurant does not have a separate fryer for gluten-free items, but they do offer gluten-free gravies and gluten-free bread for breakfast. The menu clearly indicates gluten-free options, and the staff are very accommodating and willing to help if you inform them that you are looking for gluten-free options.

This motel was lovely, clean, tidy and comfortable. My first time sleeping in a king size bed, was awesome. I chose this motel cause it advertised that it had a bar and restaurant, but neither was opened and it was a Friday night. So maybe should have an unavailable clause in the bookings sites

We recently had the pleasure of arranging our cattle breed at the Southgate Motel, including the dinner afterwards. The staff could not have been more helpful, And our meal was everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you to Jessie, David and everyone concerned.

Southgate has renovated most of the rooms now and this has cleaned up the look off a great place. The meals are great and the beer is cold. The staff are really good to deal with and will do anything to help.

Snitzel was ok ,,,,,,, choice of salads was ok ,,,,,,,, ate in the front bar which was my choice as wanted to have a bet and chat to a few people ,,,,,, bar staff were friendly and up for a joke ,,,,, won a bet which made the night far more enjoyable ,,,,,,,
