Miss Angel's Heavenly Pies - Mount Airy

The place is AWESOME! My family and I visited this past weekend and fell in love with Miss Angel and their delicious pastries. It was difficult to decide what we wanted, so we have one of everything... almost. The little cakes are so sweet and give you the opportunity to try them before the big ones. The chocolate cake is fantastic! The owner was so sweet and welcoming and you could not ask for better service. We'll be back soon. If you are near the area, please stop by; You will definitely not regret it!

I highly recommend this place. The owner was amazing over the moon!!! This place was warm, welcoming and smelling like the sky. My only problem was to decide about the cakes because I wanted to buy them all. It was my birthday of Grandmas and she made the most delicious coconut cake. My grandma is very picky, but fell in love with her cake. Miss Angels even wrote on the coconut cake (which is hard to do) for me. The owner was absolutely precious and I fell in love with her and the cakes/pies. I will definitely go back and recommend everyone I know.

We were looking for something to do, and we had seen Miss Angels Heavenly Pies on our local PBS and thought it was funny. Well, it was... we both chose peach cake a crumb, and a regular father went back to enjoy the car... Covid, but the individual cakes were WONDERFUL!!!

A friend brought cookies to work one day and I was so happy with them and had to ask where they came from. I visited Ms. Angels about a week ago and was very pleased with my experience. The facility outside and inside is VERY welcoming and attracts you. I enjoyed the brightness of the decorations. Very striking for me and pleasant. Fresh muffins were brought out when I was there and when I asked what kind they were the woman who worked very politely, they answered me. There were numerous cakes, cakes and cookies to choose from. I got some Macaroons and a cookie decoration set for my children. The cookie kit was a hit with my children last weekend. We were very satisfied that the cookies, where also really good. I have some bad ingwerbread cookies before and was very happy that these were absolutely delicious! I will definitely go back to my next trip. I enjoyed my trip here to Mrs. Angel's heavenly Pies. I came back to my childhood bakery where I grew up in Marion, NC. It's always nice when I come across a business that has that real old fashion feels it too, and reminds me of home. The owner definitely has a good thing to go here and I hope that she and her family will see in business for many years. I often visit Mt. Airy when I have family in town and will come through any chance I can. Thank you. Mrs Angel is a wonderful experience and keep it as you are!!

Miss Angel's recently made 17 pies for our wedding. They were both aesthetically beautiful and extremely delicious! We requested a couple of the pies to be gluten free, and although I did not try them myself, our gluten free guests raved about them! Furthermore, the owner is such a sweet, friendly person she even gave us a small moonshine apple pie as a wedding gift, which was totally unexpected (and insanely delicious)! Whether you need lots of pies for an event, or just a quick sugar fix, I would very highly recommend Miss Angel's!
