Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and breadsticks. It arrived on time. Pizza was WAY overcooked. The crust wasn't even as thick as usual. We always order pickles on this pizza… seemed they forgot the pickles and didn't realize it until after the pizza was cooked, so they threw them on then re-cooked the pizza. It was very burnt! Waiting for a pizza. Was not allowed to use coupons that were mailed to me. Terrific people, J,K. Only 35 min late. Driver was nice though

Picture is at 9:30 in the morning. No breakfast pizza. Ordered a breakfast pizza, was quoted ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later after ordering, waited another 15 for pizza to be ready. Was standing there waiting right by the kitchen and they knew which pizza we were waiting for. Soon as it came out, they cut it and set it on the warmer above the oven. Had to ask “is that our pizza?”, then they asked what we ordered, checked it, then handed the pizza to me. Appears to be a serious issu … – show

Good product they just need better training for employees. Repeatedly get underbaked pizza from this location because they pull it out early. Last time the girl making the pizza cut the pizza and then picked up each piece individually to place in the box. Attention to detail is lacking(don’t ask for anything customized because they won’t pay attention to the ticket notes) and their customer service is absolutely terrible.
