Restaurant bewertenFrom very far the best Breton pastry shop in Morlaix. All the treats are there, perfectly made and delicious. Special mention to the kouign Amann and to the Breton cake with salted caramel butter. How to finally not congratulate the sales team whose kindness, politeness and inexhaustible patience are a great part of the success of this highly recommended institution
From crossing to Morlaix to visit the city and leaving the parking lot of the center we passed in front of this pastry. What a good idea we had. There is a great choice of original cakes, all as beautiful as each other, and we took 5 different cakes to taste them all. None of us were disappointed. With regard to the Kouing Aman, after some very disappointing essays (especially in Carantec where we were entitled to brioche with butter on, a horror), we finally found a real aman breton kouign, consistent with our memories. If a star is missing, it is because the almond kouign was a little too dry. But it remains undiscussed one of the best eaten during our stay (another excellent is the pastry shop in the center of Plouguerneau). In short a pastry shop to visit without hesitation.
What a great discovery on Sunday in Morlaix. The plum Breton stuff is really just delicious and I definitely recommend it. He is well loaded in prunes and it is really a treat. Kouign Amann is also delicious. From crossing on Morlaix a Sunday after noon and the shop is open so please it gives you strength to climb to the 1st Floor of the Viaduct.
We went to look for kouing amann before we returned. What a nice surprise! Beautiful pastries with balanced flavours. Kouing amann is very good and our friends loved it. One without fault!
Unpleasant waitress... his smile was optional!... As for the emblematic « far breton with plums « : too many plums and so too sweet !! Go test those of Hemery Pastry in Perros Guirec... without equivalent!
