Restaurant bewertenI worked at Chick-fil-A in my hometown for two years during high school, and I've never seen anything like this. Two employees were sitting on the counter where the food is prepared, scrolling on their phones, while those in the back were talking loudly about sports. This behavior is unprofessional and not what you would expect from Chick-fil-A.
I'll be honest, I've never eaten at a Chick-fil-A before because I've always preferred beef. However, I found myself here after the Panda Express next door ran out of noodles, and I really didn’t want any rice. I have to say, I absolutely loved the breaded chicken nuggets and the Chick-fil-A sauce, which I had never tried before.
I truly admire their business philosophy and the values they stand by, particularly their decision to close on Sundays. The food is absolutely delicious, and the milkshakes are incredible! I would visit more often if they had burgers or cheesesteaks on their menu since I can only enjoy so much chicken. However, that's just a matter of my personal taste and not a reflection of anything they're lacking. The staff is excellent; keep up the fantastic work!
This is the best restaurant in the area, but it's not the top Chick-fil-A in town. I can only give it four stars because the food quality isn't as high as at the standalone Chick-fil-A locations. Occasionally, there are issues with my order or I receive stale buns.
I ordered a 10-count chicken mini meal, but received only an 8-count, and two of the buns were missing chicken. I tried to call three times, but the phone just kept ringing. It's really frustrating, especially since I just left the hospital and still have a three-hour drive home.
