Pho Shack - Moreno Valley

We found this place by happycow and we were very impressed. they were very busy, but had a lot of seating and it is a walkable system and then they serve them on their table. they were very helpful to show the vegan options and we tried the spring rolls, tofu and veggie pho and tofu with nudelsalat. the servings are huge! and everything tasted fresh and wonderful with a huge amount of vegetables. I forgot to make pictures, but it was also a beautiful presentation. this huge amount of food came only to $21 and a few cents, so we have another meal to take home for tomorrow.

I enjoy the certified vegan Pho here, which seems to feature healthier ingredients. The portion sizes are super generous and reasonably priced. While the Pho is good, it’s not the best I've ever had. I'm not a huge fan of the vegetables they use (carrots, cabbage, broccoli, corn, and mushrooms), and the tofu lacks flavor. I would prefer the more traditional veggies you’d find in typical Vietnamese Pho, like bok choy and more broccoli. The menu has limited vegan options due to its small size. The tofu spring rolls were a bit bland. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but it doesn’t quite capture the essence of traditional Pho. On a positive note, the restaurant is very clean.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I originally ordered from them before I became vegan, but I was thrilled to discover they have vegan options. The big sign in the window really made my day! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even made sure to let me know there were chickens in the egg rolls before offering them to me.

Just wow! I visited two days in a row because the food is incredibly delicious. The spring rolls are a bit bland on their own, but the peanut sauce and syrup sauce really elevate the flavor. The pho, on the other hand, is simply stunning. I absolutely love it!
