Dairy Queen - Mora

They are very skimpy on the candy they put in your blizzard. Then when I was in the drive thru the guy made a rude comment to me after I said something about my blizzard having no candy in it. People have no respect anymore.

Their service made me extremely uncomfortable. The worker?s name was a male named ?aaron?. He was extremely perceived as creepy and did not respect basic boundaries. When I was standing in line I saw other people feeling weird about his presence. Afterthis horrible customer service experience my food wasn?t good either. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bread was soggy andwet it seemed. as well as WAY too mayo on it when i asked for none. i also ordered a blizzard and the ice cream was like liquid.do not recommend

Ordered two 4 piece strip baskets with gravy and one extra gravy. All 3 gravy were barely half filled. Ordered 2 raspberry teas and were given a root beer and a diet coke.

I'm normally not the type to leave reviews, but the Mora Dairy Queen use to be one of the best DQs around when the last owners owed it. They took pride in there products and there employees. Ever since they sold it, this Dairy Queen is HORRIBLE, I wish Icould leave a no star. I use to work at this located years ago in high school, and now when I go to this location my order isNEVER right. It seems as if the new management doesn't take pride in their business. If you go here and they get your orderright, let's just say your lucky. I've been here soo many time and keep telling myself to give it another chance. But seriouslyhow hard is it. It's not, all DQs product's have instructions on how to make them! Its not hard, but it seems there employeescould care less and seems nor doesn't management. Im in a career where now I talk to alot of people, and when I say where I'mfrom, people from all over know how horrible this place has become. There's not many fast food options when going thru Mora asyou head north so DQ is normally the spot. I wish this new management would take better pride in there business and train thereemployees better to care about the actual product customers are purchasing as its not cheap.

This dairy seems to be unorganized, personal is minimal with customers, work area is often very dirty (once it looked like they had a food fight! , customer area is often dirty with rubbish scattered, also the food presentation is often substandard. this time I ordered a triple truffle blizzard; vanilla and chocolate ice cream were not even well mixed, sweets were all stuck on the floor. I don't usually move. unfortunately I just stopped recently and again was not impressed or even slightly satisfied.
