Restaurant bewertenThis place is totally over rated. I had the fish and chips which they are famous for and they were yucky. By far not the best fish and chips that I’ve had. Drinks were served in cheap bar glasses. Prices too high for quality of food. Extremely disappointed. Don’t go!!!!!!
We were tourists to Moose Jaw and were advised to go here for dinner by the hotel clerk. The place is cute, open floor plan, Irish flavor pub style. The food was good, I had a yorkshire pudding roast beef dinner, (the largest yorkshire I have ever seen! and my husband had shepherds pie. He was not impressed with his dinner, wishing he had a burger. Service was good. This could be a fun place to go for a karoke evening or with a group.
The staff and atmosphere at this restaurant are excellent. I dined there a bit late and the carrots were outstanding... truly amazing carrots. They were the highlight of my meal. The Yorkshire pudding was just okay. There was plenty of food but the beef was dry, lacking in gravy, and the pastry was dried out. It was 7pm so I assume everything was pre-cooked, which explains the quality.
Excellent fish(cod) and hand cut chips, huge portion and delicious. Ordered the potato skins and have to say best I’ve had. Looked more like an order of nachos, perfectly cooked potato skins smothered in a layer of cheese with real bacon and nice chunks of green onion. Friendly waitress made it even better. Will be back on my next trip through Moose Jaw.
Excellent service and excellent food. Would definitely go again. There were seven of us all together and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
