This place has me convinced that the human race is going extinct after this generation. I pulled one of their birthday cakes out of the freezer and asked if they could write Happy Birthday on it. They informed me that no one in their store has been trained to do this. WTH?!

I go there to get an ice cream cone ,and the ice cream is melting all over everything,your hands your clothes.When I asked the girl who was there why, I was told that they keep the ice cream softer to make it easier to scoop..Are you kidding me,it's ice cream.She asked if I wanted a cup,and I said no..So don't order a cone ,because it drips everywhere..or go elsewhere

This Baskin Robbins is great. I had an issue with an online order and the manager of the store and the owner Jerry were extremely helpful. Always appreciate good customer service!

One employee keeps charging $1.00 for each topping on the banana split. The sign shows 3 toppings the price is $8.99 but she argues charges$11.99. All other employee’s charge the $8.99. We will not go there anymore. The owner needs to change the sign or talk to this person.

We have been going to Baskin Robbins for many years but lately one employee keeps charging us for each topping on the banana split. The advertisement says $8.99 with toppings but she insist that each topping is $1.00 charges us $11.99. Other employees do not charge us. We are tired of argueing with her and the management needs to either change the picture sign or correct this person or we will go somewhere else.
