Zaika Indian Cusine - Mooresville

Place was unpleasant and untidy. No music and a big fan near our table. The food was good, but I was disappointed with the experience. The buffet line was closed today. The flies float around us and the bathrooms were dirty. In total, about 80 were for 3 persons.

Ordered online chili paneer, Assorted veg Platter, Kadhi pakoda Naan. Assorted pakoda was worst ever. Chilli paneer was full of oil. When went back to restaurant to complain about it they said I ordered with gravy. Well there are no options for dry or grevy when you order online. However they made new one. Chili paneer came out good. But assorted veg platter was still worst I ever had in my life. Good note kadhi was good. Unfortunately they used same pakoda in kadhi, So it spoiled the dish. Very disappointed. :

We had a horrible experience with the waiter at zaika, but the management made up with it and we were happy with that. But the food itself was just bang average. We ordered puri, it was just horrible seeing the amount of oil dripping on it, pav bhaji was very bad and it was served with hamburger buns rather than the pav bread. Chettinad chicken was the saving item from the food we ordered. It was overall not a great experience at this restaurant.

First time ever trying Indian cuisine. My husband and I had the absolute best experience. Great service and the food was delicious. Being our first time and not knowing what to try the gentleman that served us made suggestions and recommendations for us newbies based on our preferences. Shrimp Byriani, Kadahi Ginger Chicken, Poori Bahji. Delicious! Paired with an Old Monk lager. 10/10 recommend and will return.

My husband and I were in search for high quality authentic Indian food in the area. Zaikas Indian Cuisine was absolutely delicious. I hadn?t had Indian food in years and my husband had never had it before. We played it safe and got the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chana Masala, Samosas Garlic Naan. It was flavorful the restaurant smelt amazing as soon as we walked in. The restaurant was clean the owner/server was attentive and very professional. He also had a conversation with us before we left and gave us some recommendations for the next time that we come. We will definitely be back in the near future.
