Restaurant bewertenCurry kitchen was so good! My family and I just visited this new restaurant tonight after it saved for a few weeks and noticed positive reviews on Google, and it was amazingly good! I would never have pinched the monument for a delicious Indian food location, but it was worth saving. We tried their combo appetizer, lamb and shrimp curries, and their tikka masala and each individual product were delicious. We definitely plan a return and move more family and friends with us. They also serve an Indian buffet for lunch every day, which we are super enthusiastic to try! Our server was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. He also explained to us that everything they serve is homemade and prepped every morning, and it surely tasted so. Curry Kitchen has been open since about March this year, so they are relatively new and we have not noticed many people at dinner. You are located next to the Ramada Hotel so you need to go to find them as they are not visible from one of the main roads or the Interstate. You have large windows that you can sit next to with magnificent views of the monument and the mountain chains. There is also a fortified bar with plenty of space and a small stage where local bands could play!
I didn't know much about Indian food. The owner helped me find out what sounds good. I love Curry, so that helped. What we picked was wonderful. We went back to breakfast the next morning. American breakfast was amazing. This restaurant must be discovered by the city. It was a wonderful experience. It's these hidden places that are best. CT
This is a newly opened restaurant in Ramada and it is fantastic!!! The owner and the staff are super friendly and offer excellent, fast service. The dining area is very nicely furnished and provides a cozy and comfortable experience. The food looks beautiful and tastes delicious! They offer breakfast from 7 am to 10 pm, lunch from 11 am to 22 pm and dinner from 17 am to 9 pm. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you are in the area of the monument, you should definitely check it, you will not be disappointed!
We ate here for lunch on a Sunday, which is a buffet. The food was really good with many Northern Indian favorites including Tandoori Chicken, Tikki Masala and Goat and Lamb Curry. It was all very well prepared and changed kept fresh in the buffet pans. The Naan bread was also nice and fresh. The service was very friendly and they offer Indian red label tea, my favorite. If you like Indian food, northern or otherwise try this place. We dined here with a friend from Bangalore and he also agreed it was good, especially for this area.
Just tried the Curry Kitchen restaurant that is part of the Ramada Inn complex on Woodmoor Drive. Great food, easily best Indian in the area. #1 on Yelp at the moment. We did takeout, but they have a dine in restaurant and do have a daily buffet. I travel and always try the local Indian fair (New York, London, Mumbai) and this restaurant is right up there for quality. They have a great somosa and the Northern Indian dishes were spot on. They have lamb and goat meat choices as well as chicken, shrimp and tofu, and choose your own heat level. Extensive menu. Worth a try if you like Indian/Nepalese. As others have said, Suzanne Stahlbuhk's review is way off she must work for a competitor, or isn't really familiar with Indian food!
