Restaurant bewertenSadly this restaurant is now closed,had many a good time there.Not sure whether someone else will start it up again.(info from people who have a home there) I last went there summer 2016.
Good little restaurant for day dish. Unfortunately, the daubin leader has gone to dax since. refined cuisine and dried service
We were warmly received by the chef, who offered us the appetizer, the weekend it is worth booking, each dish a delight, a "savoir faire" is noted in each ingredient, the slowly cooked meat and the pigs raised by the chef are unbelievable, the tenderest pork I have ever tasted. the atmosphere is also very warm and there are interesting objects on each wall, I incuse a very sympathetic parrot!
An excellent restaurant in the heart of the gers for a small meal in the head-to-head we enjoy the mouth-to-mouth dessert. address to be retained and especially to advise
Going to simone is making a journey to the unknown, where the chief alone knows the maps of the way. it is a succession of small, more atypical and surprising dishes, ones than others that will arrive. We know when it starts and we fear it ends.
