First of all it was 8:24 and it wasn’t open. Second the morning staff is very rude. I was waiting outside he saw me but he didn’t come out as i was calling him....

Almost never open at 08:00, so I end up wasting half an hour or more waiting. Get your times right. Very rude staff

I go to second cup because I support Canadian local businesses. But this one I will never go for a while. The staff here feel like they are not doing their job...

The employees are extremely rude and need a lesson in customer service. A simple smile or hello is all it takes. Instead they make it seem like you're bothering...
